Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Tom Wilson Digital, trading as Wilson’s Web Development (ABN 86 384 274 806), we want you to feel confident in your investment. This policy explains how our money-back guarantees and cancellations work for each service package.

1. Money-Back Guarantees by Package

Website Packages

  • If you don’t love the design, we will refund your payment for the design work.
  • This guarantee applies during the design stage and must be claimed before the site is fully developed or launched.

Sell on Socials Packages

  • If you don’t love your landing page, we will refund your setup fee.
  • No lock-in contracts — you can cancel the ongoing monthly management at any time.

Google Ads Package (Magic Money Machine)

  • If you don’t see results within the first 28 days and choose not to continue testing, we will refund your setup fee.
  • Advertising spend paid directly to platforms (e.g., Google, Meta) is not refundable.
  • Ongoing management is charged monthly and can be cancelled anytime.

Content Creation Packages

  • For reel editing and filming packages, if you are not satisfied with the final edits, we will revise them until you’re happy or provide a refund of the editing fee.
  • Filming day deposits are non-refundable once the session has been completed, but we will work with you to ensure you are satisfied with the final delivered content.

2. Cancellations

  • All services are no lock-in contracts — you can cancel anytime.
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Monthly payments are processed on the 1st of each month for the upcoming month’s services.
  • If you cancel partway through a month, services will continue until the end of that month and no further payments will be taken.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Advertising spend paid directly to ad platforms
  • Third-party tools, subscriptions, or licenses purchased on your behalf
  • Work that has already been completed and approved prior to a refund request

4. Requesting a Refund or Cancellation

  • Requests must be made in writing to support@tomwilson.digital.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
  • Once a refund is issued, you no longer have the right to use any designs, files, or materials created under that service.
